Terms and Conditions

Parents are advised to get reliable information on the correct and safe use of children’s toys and decoration things. Parents are obliged to provide safe toys to children and to explain clearly to kids how to use the toys. Little Owl gladly provides advice on recommended age and use of toys but cannot not assume responsibility for how its products are used by the end users.

1. Seller
“Little Owl” OOD, www.littleowl.bg.. Registered under Bulstat number 175450208, Karnegi Street 7, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, by decision of the Sofia City Court no. 19981/2007.

2. Client
Private persons or juridical entities who purchase an article with Little Owl Ltd. .

3. Application
By completing a purchase at our website, the buyer agrees to our general sales conditions.
On all transactions Bulgarian law is applicable. 

4. Special conditions
Special conditions, whether instigated by the Seller or the Client, are put in writing.

5. Offers and acceptance
All our offers are non-binding. We are obliged to deliver the ordered article after we have confirmed the order in writing. Little Owl has the right not to confirm an order, and thus not to deliver, without providing a reason.

If an order, after confirmation by us, cannot be executed, we will return the amount paid by the Client, without interest or other financial compensation, and as soon as possible.

Little Owl has the right to cancel an order and is then obliged to return the amount due instantly, without interest.

6. Delivery
Delivery of articles takes place in those countries that are indicated on our website.

Unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon, the costs for delivery are not included in the sales price. The costs for delivery and money orders (including obligatory insurance of the package) are separately indicated.

Orders placed before 5 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed by us the next working day.

Express orders within Sofia for a 6 hours delivery should be placed before 12 am. Express orders placed after 12 am will be delivered the next working day.

We try as much as possible to make the delivery within the time indicated on the order confirmation. The delivery times are indicative, and not binding on us. We have the right to deliver in several batches.

The Client is responsible for providing the correct address coordinates, as well as providing access to the delivery address. Extra costs as a result of incorrect coordinates provided by the Client will be charged on the Client.

When the Client is not home at the time of delivery, the article will be offered a second time. If the article cannot be delivered at the second visit the article will be returned to Little Owl. Little Owl will contact the customer to see if the article is still wanted. If so, the article will be send again at the expense of the Client.

7. Property
All articles remain our property until the full price, including all costs, have been paid by the Client. In case of partial non-payment, we have the right to reclaim the article, by law and at the costs of the Client.

8. Guarantee
We give warranty within the limits of the law on consumer protection. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the producer of the article. Little Owl excludes any liability for problems with articles arising from production mistakes or wrong usage of the article.

Litlte Owl endeavours to show the articles on its website as real as possible. For this purpose we also provide descriptions including weight and size. However, colors and images can be different on screens and pictures, and the Client should take into account that there might small differences in the colors of the depicted articles.

9. Complaints
Complaints should reach us within 14 days after the purchase, or at a moment otherwise considered reasonable. The receipt by the Client of the article constitutes the moment that a deficit or damage can be established.

10. Cancellation  and Returns
On the basis of the law on electronic transactions, the Client has the right to return the article within 7 days after receipt. The Client is not obliged to provide a reason for returning the article. The article should reach us undamaged and unused and in the original box. We will return the full sum paid by the Client for the article by bank transfer.

Never accept packages that have been clearly damaged because of transportation. Should the article be damaged, please inform us immediately .
Never throw out the original package before you have ascertained that the article is the one you agreed to purchase and is undamaged.

The Client can return the article to us at his or her own expense and risk.

Cancellation of an order should reach us in written form, by email at info@littleowl.bg. If money has been paid by Client (by bank transfer, debit or credit card transaction), we will return the sum the same or next day by bank transfer or by refund to the credit card. Costs related to the return of the paid sum are for the Client. If the goods have already been dispatched by us, the costs for returning the good are for the Client.  

Should an article be out of stock while the Client has paid it already, we will immediately return the sum by bank transfer or refund to the credit card. The costs for this refund are on us.

11. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the purchase by pressing the ‘complete purchase’ button, or upon delivery of the article. In case of written agreement upon a delayed payment, the payment is due not later than indicated in the invoice.

In case of a money order, payment of the goods and delivery costs is due upon delivery of the goods.

In case of payment via bank transfer or credit or debit card, the goods will be dispatched upon receipt by Little Owl of the due sum. These payments are checked daily from 10 am until 5 pm. Payment that are received after 5 pm,  will be handled the next day.

12. Changes
We have the right to modify and correct our prices and information.

13. Personal data
By completing an order with us, the Client permits us to use his or her personal data for the administration and management of the orders with us, and for marketing and research purposes by Little Owl.  We use the Client’s data for individualized marketing only after the Client’s explicit permission during the completion of the purchase.
We never provide third parties with our Clients’ personal data or purchase records.

The Client has the right to ask for clearing all his or her data from our database. This means that the Client’s username and password will also be erased from our database.

Little Owl uses cookies at its website. Cookies are essential for e-shops like yours because shopping carts cannot work without using cookies. In general, the user of the website can switch them off from his or her browser settings. However, by switching off the cookies the user will not be able to log in, use the shopping carts, etc. Cookies also help the browsers remember the user’s passwords.

14. Validity general conditions
The annulment by law of one the articles of these general conditions does not infringe upon the validity of the other articles.

15. Disputes
Bulgarian law is applicable to all our transactions, and disputes will be resolved before Bulgarian courts.

We try our best to provide as accurate as possible information on our website. However, we do not bear responsibility for any incomplete or wrong information that might occur on our website.
