Do I have to register?
At the moment you would like to complete your first purchase with us we ask you to register. The next time you only have to enter your email and password that you can choose yourself. When you are registered with us, its easy to keep track of your purchases and for us to make you special offers. Of course we do not share your personal data with anybody. Under ‘privacy note’ you can read more about our privacy policies.

Can I change my username and password?
Your username has to remain your email address. Your password you can change under ‘account’.

How do I order?
Place the products in your basket. You click ‘check-out’ for completing your order. When you are a new customer, we will ask you first to register. After ‘check-out’, you will see how much the delivery costs are. You choose one of the several payment methods (see under ‘payments’). The system will now confirm your order and send you an email for this.

Can I cancel an order?
The payment system does not allow for immediate cancellation. However, you can return the product to us within seven days and without a reason, and get reimbursed.

When can I return an article?
If you do not like the product or if it is not what you thought it would be, you can return it to us and we will give you your money back. You do not have to give us the reason for returning an article. You may do this within 7 days after your purchase. Please make sure you send the product to us in its original box and in its original state. Under ‘contact’ you will find our address. We will return you the money via bank transfer.

How much does delivery cost?
For convenience and clarity we work with almost flat rates.

For Sofia City the rates are the following:

For all places outside Sofia, but inside Bulgaria, the rates are the following:

  
Orders of 150 leva, including VAT, will be delivered for free of charge inside Bulgaria, and with normal delivery speed.

How fast will I get my order? If you are in Sofia, when you place your order before 17.00 hours, it will be delivered the next day. This includes Saturday, so if you order on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday morning against normal tariff.

If you are outside Sofia, then your order placed before 17.00 hours will be delivered on the second day. So your order placed on Monday will arrive on Wednesday before 14.00 hours usually. If you would like to receive your order on Saturday, please bear in mind that have to order on Thursday at the latest (standard tariff, outside Sofia), or Friday before 17.00 hours (express tariff, outside Sofia).

Can I see the products somewhere? We do not have a showroom yet. We do organize sometimes showings of our articles. If you would like to be informed about these showings, please sign up to our newsletter.

But is what I see what I get?
We do our best to make the pictures as clear as possible, if possible from different angles. Colours can slightly differ on different computer screens. To help you getting a good picture of the article, we always give its size and weight.

What happens when a product is not on stock?
When a product has ran out of stock, you can ask us to drop you an email when it is available again. Just click the button ‘let me know when it is on stock again’, and we will email you. This does not mean you have to purchase the article.

How can I pay?
We have several payments options.
You can choose for Cash on Delivery. You pay the article and the delivery costs when the article is delivered to you.

You can also pay online with your debit or credit card, via Epay. If you have an international credit card, you can pay without registration with Epay. 

The third option is to make a bank transfer to our bank account. Your package will be dispatched when we have received the payment, so it might take a few days.

You are not charged a fee for any of these payment options.

And how safe is that?
Epay uses its own secure servers, about which you can learn more at Epay’s website www.epay.bg. Your bank information passes only through the website of Epay and not through our website.
