Deliveries, Returns and Rates

Rates

Our rates and delivery times are the following:

For Sofia City (including just beyond the ringroad):

For all places outside Sofia, but inside Bulgaria:

Orders of 150 leva, including VAT, will be delivered for free of charge inside Bulgaria, and with normal delivery speed.

The costs for delivery are not included in the sales prices. They will automatically appear after you check out, and before you confirm your order.

In case of cash on delivery, the rates for this service include an obligatory insurance on the goods that are to be sent.

International deliveries

Our website cannot automatically calculate the delivery costs for places outside Bulgaria. If you would like us to send your order abroad, please contact us at info@littleowl.bg. To get an idea of the international delivery costs, please check under "Delivery charges international" in the categories menu at the left side, in the green box (the last 'category'). Here you will find the charges in relation to the weight of your order, and divided into EU and the rest of the world. For international orders, we work with Bulgarian Post, and we send by registered mail.

Time of order

We try as much as possible to make the delivery within the time indicated on the order confirmation. The delivery times are indicative, and not binding on us. We have the right to deliver in several batches.

Orders placed before 5 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed by us the next working day.

If you are in Sofia, when you place your order before 17.00 hours, it will be delivered the next day. This includes Saturday, so if you order on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday morning against normal tariff.
If you are outside Sofia, then your order placed before 17.00 hours will be delivered on the second day. So your order placed on Monday will arrive on Wednesday before 14.00 hours usually. If you would like to receive your order on Saturday, please bear in mind that have to order on Thursday at the latest (standard tariff, outside Sofia), or Friday before 17.00 hours (express tariff, outside Sofia).

Express orders within Sofia for a 6 hours delivery should be placed before 12 am. Express orders placed after 12 am will be delivered the next working day. In Sofia, when you place an order on Friday after 5 pm, or Saturday before 1 pm, your order can be delivered on Saturday afternoon. The rate for this service is as for express deliveries.

When the customer is not home at the time of delivery, the article will be offered a second time. If the article cannot be delivered at the second visit the article will be returned to Little Owl. Little Owl will contact the customer to see if the article is still wanted. If so, the article will be send again at the expense of the Client.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address coordinates, as well as providing access to the delivery address. Extra costs as a result of incorrect coordinates provided by the customer will be charged on the customer. We charge for this only to the extent that the courier company charges us.


Returns

On the basis of the law on electronic transactions, the customer has the right to return the article within 7 days after receipt, without providing a reason. The article should reach us undamaged and unused and in the original box. We will return the full sum paid the Client for the article by bank transfer.

The Client returns the article to us at his or her own expense and risk.

To be on the safe side

Never accept packages that have been clearly damaged because of transportation. Should the article be damaged, please inform us immediately .
Never throw out the original package before you have ascertained that the article is the one you agreed to purchase and is undamaged.

Bear in mind that the courier can take back only unopened packages. This could happen, for example, when the package damaged from outside and this is caused by the transportation. When a package has been opened, the client, if so desired, should return the article at his or her own expense and risk.
